Joining us from beautiful Lobitos, Peru is Andres Bustamante; the first guest of the show and one of the founding partners of an NGO called ECOSWELL.
He Joins me to discuss the origins of the group and what their challenges and motivations are, also we talk about how renewable technologies can be used to great effects in rural communities and how operations like theirs can be replicated in more communities through a new term I picked up from him called "Leap frogging".
The aim of leap frogging is to encourage rural communities to adapt renewable technologies first instead of going through the conventional fossil fuel routes.
